MTT – MEDICAL THERAPEUTIC TRAINING
MTT – a comprehensive (physiotherapist trains the whole body, not only a damaged part of it) and an optimal approach to the process of rehabilitation in musculoskeletal disorders.
Indications:
- reconstruction of muscle tissue after orthopedic injuries and trauma surgery
- muscular atrophies from inactivity
- muscular dysbalances
- hypertension
- coronary heart disease metabolic disorders
- Insulin resistance
- hyperinsulinemia
- type II diabetes
- obesity
- some diseases of the respiratory system
- osteoporosis
- spine pain syndromes (of various origins)
- hypertonia
- muscle hypotonia
- headaches of voltage origin
- depression
- some forms of rheumatic diseases (RA, fibromyalgia, Bechterew’s disease)
- after states of body wasting
Contraindications:
- circulatory failure
- myocardial infarction
- chronic infections
- acute inflammation
- lack of active cooperation of the patient
- diseases with contraindications for exercise with resistance
- load
- some chronic diseases
- as decided by the doctor
